does anyone know if i install the tornado on the lower side of the air hose close to the mass air flow or do i install on the upper part of the hose thats close to the throttlebody. the tornado does not fit on the lower side of the hose unless i put it all the way inside. if i install it on the upper side it fits perfectly. thats where installed it but i want to make sure i installed it right.

according to Tornado's manufacturer, it's doesn't matter WHERE it is in the hose. if it fits, put it there.

just don't expect even moderate results. the Tornado's are a waste of money. that's the truth.

i'm not saying they don't give results, it's just that they'll be so minute that you won't notice them. there have been numerous independent tests that confirm it's a waste and they don't always give positive results. in some vehicles, they lower the mpg by 1 or 2. while in others, they raise the mpg by 1 or 2.
