This is supposedly the next-generation Volvo S60

I am looking for the switch or answer to delete the "Time for Maintenance" readout on the message center. I don't feel like taking it to the dealer for periodic maintenance when I can do it myself. Specially when it costs over $40.00. Any suggestions, I done everything I could think of.

The S60 R isn't that slow either. 0-60mph in 5.4sec I read on the site.

I never liked Volvo but once I had chance to drive S60, I changed my mind, i feel so safe in that car!

Although this pic doesn't show much detail (obviously), Volvo as a whole has made leaps and bounds in the last 5 years in regards to appearance, etc...

have you tried reading your manual. i,m sure it is there, in my honda i have to push odo. button 5 times in 10 sec, reset oil change warning, my olds, i had to press the gas many times in a certan time interval, to reset service light, but all that i read in owner manual. try yours.

Try getting 5.4 in one once. I drove one and if you expect to get that, you're going to trash the clutch acheiving it. The car did not feel like a 5.4 second 0-60 at all to me.
