Just found out that my engine cooling fan under the hood of my 99 trooper is not blowing propperly, and the temp gauge is 70% to the H mark.
Why is this happening, anyone with such experience??

Do you have electric cooling fans or a main spinning clutch fan spun by the motor?

I have a clutch fan, i am thinking of changing it to a electric fan, and i need to do that fast before my engine blows up.

could be that the clutch is shot, but there's lots that can cause an engine to overheat, from the timing being off, to being low on oil, all the way to physical damage.

It was the clutch, i changed it, at it stopped overheating
