interior paint LOL I dunno what kind but make sure you clean it first with gasoline and then use interior primer and then interior paint

krylon fusion...use it all the time, no primer needed just clean it and dry it and shoot your color. just remember that when you shoot the color....lots! of small thin coats

Use adhesive promoter anyway, it's always a good idea and cheap, so there is no reason not to.
