On cold mornings, I need to let my Rocky warm up a few minutes to have power (210,000 miles). Also, noticing puffing from tailpipe before it warms up. Comments?

I like the movie Rocky but I've never seen a Diatshu Rocky before sorry man

Is it loosing any coolant? If so it could be a head gasket starting to leak. If not, it very well could be that the rings are worn from the high miles & it is letting oil by them until they warm up & expand.
