Hey All-
I have a VW Jetta 96... Some times the spedometer needle runs in 1 full circle. and stops moving 1s it reached the max... after some time (when the car is switched off and then started again.) it comes retracking its path to zero... and works fine... now again works fine for around 100 miles... then does the same thing...

what could be the problem... ???

I am near Boston.. do any one know a mechanic nearby who can fix Speeddometers??
