Looks like we need to replace the dif in the turbo charged WS6. Might as well slap some axles under it as well. Anybdoy got any info on what differentials are out there for this thing and what most people run?
I have already looked at the auburn diffs, I am just wondering what else is availible.

What differential are you going with?

Don't know, that's why I am asking what else is out there. Right now, it looks like it might be the Auburn Pro series with a 3.73..maybe a 3.42. Currently, the thing has the factory diff with a 4.10 gear.

Hmm...I'll have to look around and see what I can find for you. There are quite a few different brands I've seen discussed around the forums, I'll get back to you in a bit with some of the more popular ones.

switch the whole rear end out to a 12 bolt if you havent done so already then run some strange axles and some sort of locking diff like the powertrax. then you will not have a single problem. If I were you i would jump down to the 3.73 no matter if it is stick or auto

if we pull it out, we will go with a 9" or a Dana.

a 9" in my honest opinion is going to be overkill and will suck too much power away from the car. I know personally a few bad t/a's that are all sorts of combos n/a s/c and t/c and they have yet to grenade a 12 bolt that is properly setup with good components. Plus its basically plug and play

This really sucks, my buddy just sold his 9" set up for a LS1 car already, had moser axles, Unsure of the gears but there was gonna be a nasty 408 turning em.
Id go with a 3.73 or a 3.42, that auburn unit is nice, but go with a 12 bolt, unless you dont want to replace the whole thing, its cheaper then settin up gears too.
