Hey I have a '92 Stealth DOHC and I love her, but last night I pulled into my parking space and she just died. I can start her up but if I'm not giving gas then she dies. I just filled up with gas and I'm not sure if I could've gotten some bad gas (I doubt it though because I've driven about 50 miles already on it). Could it be a problem with the fuel pump, or maybe the alternator? There's not any weird noises or shuddering, it's just whenever I take my foot off the gas to brake or shift she'll die on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a lot of things...
Check for vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve. Unless you have voltage drop off or strange lights illuminating on your dash I doubt it is the alternator.

Hello,
I have a 95 stealth and this just started happening to me too. I had my brake pads changed, tires rotated and oil changed. Then about 55 miles later my car dies when idling. From then on whenever I have to press the brake and clutch the car dies. As long as you give it gas it runs.
I took it to the shop and we found the fuel pressure was at 42psi and should be between 48 and 55psi. They changed the fuel filter and that had no change. They then changed the fuel pump and ran it and found it seemed good. When I came to pick up the car it started doing the same thing. It is slightly better new and can idle but is only at 300 to 500rpm when idling. Also when driving at high speed like 70 it seems to be at a higher rpm. I remember at 70 it would be at about 2500 rpm in 5th but is now at 3000 rpm. The shop is not sure what is up and is waiting for a the head mechanic to get back. We also checked the air pressure and is at a constant 15 which should be fine. Hope this helps you wareagleV6 and any suggestions for me would be much appreciated.

Well i had the same problem with my 1991 r/t and well it took us the longest time to figure out what it was but it turns otu they had a security system that if like somoen tries to break into it, it will stop running once u shut it off and to reset the computer u have to lock the car from the outside, unlock and lock again then unlock then it should work, i hope this works

Bad compression or may be carbo deposits fouling something.
