is cheron better then cheap gas and will it faul spark plugs

First.. most available gasoline should be of good quality, and shouldn't foul plugs unless you add something to it to cause that. Otherwise, most gasoline should provide similar mileage, but your results may vary, hence you'll have to experiment to find out what works for you in your area.
