I have a 1998 explorer that i just got. When i goto turn on the ac hot air blows out...not warm air HOT AIR. same if i just put it on regular vent air...even on a cold night it blows out HOT AIR. anyone know what the problem is. the only air the car blows is reallly hot

When you turn the knob from hot to cold, does it feel like its working? Sounds like for some reason it is stuck in the heat position. Could be a stuck door, broken cable, or vacuum leak.
