My son has a 1992 Ford Probe with a passive seat belt retraction system for the shoulder belt. Recently, the retraction system quit working for both front seats when the door closes. I checked the fuse, which was not blown, but changed it out anyway. Any ideas on what else I could look for that might be an easy fix?

Are you sure it was the correct fuse for the motors? I would find it hard to believe that both motors went out at the same time, so I'm sure there is another electrical problem if you already replaced the correct fuse.

Thanks for the reply. Yep, it is the correct fuse. I was thinking it might be a door switch (because when you open the door the shoulder belt motor activates and retracts. But, when I open the passenger door it doesn't do anything either.
