I need a bit a help with this one. My '92 Pontiac Bonneville died yesterday, it was running, then I turnned it off, turned it back on, then it started shaking like crazy, didnt really want to keep running, then started to smell burning of gasonline, definatly not a good sign, and then it just quit. Its turning over, but wont start. I was thinking it could be the timing or fuel pump...maybe the fuel injection? What do you think. Thanks for all your help!!

If it hesitated like that and you smelled fuel, that means it wasn't being burnt in that cylinder. Check all of your ignition components (plugs, wires, etc) and rule those out as the culprit first.

Ok, ill go check that now infact.
