A friend of mine has a 1993 chevy lumina that he thinks can take my 1996 firebird.....here are the stats


1993 chevy lumina
3.1 liter V6 140 horsepower
the weight is a little over 3250
the mods are...... K&N cone filter to replace stock setup.....breather valve....."racing" injectors....(i have no idea what size they are)......and (so he says anyway) a new exaust......and he also has no computer tuning or anything either.......



1996 pontiac firebird
3.8 liter V6 200 horsepower
the weight is like 3311 i believe
mods are.....K&N high flow cone airfilter to replace stock setup...


im just curious as to what other people think about this....(i think hes a complete retard....lol)

because these are real cars....Im sure his friends dont own a c6 zo6 and an enzo...but hey maybe they do and these are just their winter beaters :D

ohh yah and firebird hands down, sounds like this kid with the lumina is talking out his ass with mods, not like it prob responds to em well...but "racing injectors" with no tuning...yah that's deff gonna hurt performance if he even has what he says...Oh yah a breather valve isn't gonna do shit either

I've got a Zex dry kit that has been sitting in my shop for a while. This could be a great idea.....

I bet I could get a neon for like 1500 bux.. it'd make a neat daily, and those 420a's can take a hell of a beating

yea my friend does talk alot of shit.....thats why he thinks his POS lumina can take my firebird.....and no....unfortunatly these are our real cars....lol...i wish i had a corvette...and i know...ive tried to explain to him that those breather valves dont do anything....but he doesnt listen....same with the fuel injector part....

Go do it at a track and get pics or video, Its always fun to watch slow drags but dont worry about it, you have the advantage being more hp and RWD, hopefully you are automatic.

yes its an automatic.....and i just talked to my friend again and he said the dumbest thing i think i have ever heard........he said that engine against engine (meaning if the cars weigh about the same) i would own him.....which he has only about a 50 pound difference....not including him in the car....cause hes kinda fat....and im not....so yea....then he proceeds to say that he can smoke a friend of ours 2002 V6 mustang......How dumb can one person really be?
