Si, senor.
LOL, why do you let Jihad78 ride in your car? You know he's all smashing your suspension. LOL@how you'll need your shocks recharged because of him.
Yo, btw, fruity-k decal has to go.

Good pick with going with Flyin Miata. They have a very good reputation. Is Racing Beat any good? Since Mazda is sort of working with them on some cars, they have to also have a good rep, right?

Mazda is really working closely with Flyin' Miata on the Supertuner challenge car STC (http://flyinmiata.com/projects/supertuner/default.asp)
Racing beat does have a great catalog, and really good suspension components ( But not as good as Tein's) I will have thier swaybars soon. they also did the car for the "corprate edition" http://racingbeat.com/FRmiata.htm

NOBODY makes suspension components as good as Tein! I know they have a very high reputation with most car modifiers like you and me. I'm hoping to get the Tein SS Coilovers and the EDFC for my TL very soon. Its expensive but its the BEST!

GEO!'s system>Miata's system
NS, when you get the Tein's I must see pics. You dont have strut tower bars do you?
LanEvo, I dont know why, it doesnt really bother me unless people say it everytime I say something. (like on one baord I USED to post on) It just gets old. They are great cars with almost limitless pottential (from rotary or, V8 swaps to full blow open track challenge cars) this is all IMHO of course. I have owned tons of cars (ask Kepone) but this is by far the best manered and well rounded.

Definitely will get you some pics.
If you are talking about the shock tower brace, nope I don't have one yet. Its the stock one from factory. Looking into the Comptech one though. A tad bit expensive at $319.00 but its titanium and very, very light.

Sweet car.
As far as Teins being the best thats very arguable. At least for 240s I know a lot of people prefer JIC Magic's FLTA-2s to the Teins. They are very good though.

There are a few other exotic shock manufacturers that make comparable shocks to the Tein's but for what was included in this kit its perfect for my car. The actual body of the shock is adjustable, plus the perches are adjustable, the sleeves are teflon coated, pillow ball mounts w/ a sphereical bearing (which does alot for steering), all new bumpstops for a lower ride height, 16 position adjustibility, and the ability to use the EDFC (which will come in real handy at the track), and the units are completely rebuildable.
I am not sure but I dont think Jic's makes one for my car. Electronlude where do you get them from?

The EDFC works with the Flex not the SS, I have Tein HA's on my car, the last of the harder edge breed for the entry level. They are really good but they are loud and clunky.
Anyways other companies do make suspension as good as Tein... but Tein is still pretty damn good.

I dont have them, but when I go with coilovers I plan on getting them. For my car theyre available at http://www.store.yahoo.com/phase2motorsports/jicflta22419.html
but again the teins are very good coilovers, its just that you cant go out and call them the BEST.

Yea you guys are right when you say there are other good coilover systems. But for my car (01 TL) Teins are the best.
Has anyone ever had Zeal coilovers? They are made by Endless. They're also available for my car, but I don't know if its good or not?

Not everyone out there has the same opinions about cars. like you drive a vette, and when I see a Vette come pulling up next to me with an over the hill yuppie with male pattern baldness driving it, I just get a nice big grin. So you can keep your pity, cause frankly I dont need it ;)
I am not saying your old or a yuppie its just that sterotypes are a bitch.
