Why not both? If I had to chose...I think I would probably go with exhaust just because you can make your own cold air intake if you need to.

Will Exhuast effect warranty? I just bought Lava xb 18'' TRD's and lowering springs as well as AEM intake, next mod is brakes becuase they look funny with the rims and Exhuast. I just want to do it right any ideas on a decent exhuast?

I think I'm getting a flowmaster 40 series muffler tomorrow. I talked to the guys at the place where I bought my xB and he said that it won't effect the warrenty as long as the muffler was not the cause of the problem.
