I couldn't imagine how many tickets you would get for going over 180 on the highway in a Diablo or something. Like going over double the speed limit, going triple the speed limit, reckless intent, reckless driving, reckless endangerment........ and maybe a few years in prison.

So long as you are cool about it. You'll probably just get one ticket for 180 in a 70 zone. It'll be pricey. But they won't cart you off to jail, or impound your vehicle. You'd be hard pressed to actually substaniate Reckless driving.

You have to understand in terms of the law, to define the word reckless would take nearly a page.

Well I am throughly impressed. I just watched the video.

I surely hope the woman at the beginning was not a police dispatch. I just can't believe how informal she was. I'm so use to hearing 'police jargon' that I don't really hear codes anymore it all makes sense. And then I get something like this and I almost have to try and deciper it because I'm not use to normal speech over the radio. Sheesh. Must be a lax department?

Anyway, what a thrill that must have been. Can you imagine as a trucker in the right lane, with another trucker along side you in the left lane and all the sudden off your back door comes a Ferrari F-40, a Lamborghini Diablo VT, a Porsche 911, a Porsche GT2, etc.
Shoom, shoo-shoom, shoom, shoom, shoo-shoom!!!
Jeez!

I don't get what the numbers are for though. And for that matter the exotic cars. If you really wanted to win the race why on earth would you do so in a car that is going to raise the chin of every beat-dawg this side of the Mississippi? Hey if the sponsors pick up the tab that's one thing. Me, I'd try to do the race in an innocent looking Volvo wagon modified out the patootey!
Somehow I think a yellow lamby with 18" numbers on the doors would kinda stick out and take the heat.

I loved the bikers though, if you watch real closely you see the second biker was smart and pulled off an excellent rock the cradle Cop never saw him. Too bad for his buddy though.

I guess the new rule is "The shoulder is for passing" lol

Wild.

The girl in the white shirt in the yellow lambo and the girl in the orange shirt later who was seen hugging an sheriff to make him stop writing tickets out to all of them in an gas station while they were refueling, they're both goddamn hookers.
The hooker in the yellow lambo got dumped 2 days later because she didn't want to do anything with him then hitched a ride in another car who was in the event too.
I read about this at the dtmpower forum.
As you can see, the cycle who was attempting to flee from the police in the long highway bend after the 2nd one got behind the truck with no trailer on it, he went after the one that kept on going and the attempting to flee cyclist got 5 days in jail along with the BMW M3 hatchback roadster who got run off the road for attempting to pass an truck on the shoulder, the truck in return cut him off by swinging the trailer at it and then he went off road into the grass, damaged an wheel and got 5 days in jail, after 5 days they served in jail, they got out and went to an local BMW dealer to get an new wheel but they refused to sell it to them, so they waited til night and they went in, stole a wheel and the owner happened to be there so they explained their suitation and paid him $600 for the wheel, then they're back on the road catching up with the rest of the team at the next hotel. Later the owner of the dealership told the owner who was in that night when the "robbery" happened, he was given an bill of $1600 for the wheel, if he doesn't pay, the video tape will be turned over to the police.

As far as that chick trying to use her body to get people out of tickets. I would have told her very calmly but sternly to stop. And of course she probably wouldn't.
So after I was done writing a ticket (if they actually did something stupid, not just because it's a nice car) I'd arrest her for assaulting an Officer, and see how she likes spending the night at County, awaiting seeing a magistrate (Judge). Pretty serious offense. Bet she'd think twice the next time. That's what you get for bribery.

Just think of the hefty ticket for going triple over the limit and the long stay in jail for reckless driving. You'd actually have like 8 tickets or so which maybe the maximum of three might get dropped.
