The 1994-2001 configuration it was the GT-One, if we are talking about chicaned era in general then it is the Peugeot 905 Evo, all time? I think it was a 917.....or a Slikcut Jag XJR-9LM

So Jaguar is faster than Toyota GT1?

Jag was the fastest all time over all configuration of Le Mans, as the configuration it ran on does not have chicanes on the 3 miles straight.

I'd personally think Peugeot would be the real fastest car of all time on Le Mans.......it ran like 10 sec faster than the Toyota on the track WITH chicanes....

Well, I heared Toyota GT1 runs around 40seconds faster than Porsche 962 Daurer. What is Jaguar's laptime?

Do they ever race any prototypes? I was just asking cause I've read about some of those wicked ass ones like that W16 Bugatti that has like a top speed of almost 250 something MPH.

Dauer 962's fastest lap in 1994 was 3:52, Toyota's fastest lap in 1999 was 3:29.

The Group C 962 in 1985 ran a 3:14 on Le Mans without Chicanes in qualifying. While a Porsche 917K in 1971 ran a 3:13 without chicanes in qualifying. The Jag did a 3:21 in 1989 without chicane during the race.

To put that in perspective, Peugeot 905 did a 3:21 in 1992 WITH chicanes during qualifying.....

what'd the Mazda Rotary go, and the Bimmer LMR, and the MacF1?

The McLaren is likely to be in the 3:40 or 3:50, the BMW V12 LMR is around 3:31 in the qualifying trim....3:35+ in race trim....The Mazda is around there too....
