I like the part about it being well under $30k... and it obviously will be detuned, but a front mount intercooler, less restrictive exhaust and possibly a JDM chip should take care of that problem.

but i think the only part is the front mounted intercooler, it has to meet US crash standards so they probably move it or remove it

The Lancer EVO is officially coming to USA, as confirmed at the NAIAS. It will most likely have 250-260HP, with price tag of under $30,000.
