Well V8 Supercars are a lot faster than I thought, slower then Nascar, but pretty good. The sound was so sweet. There was a qualifying top ten shootout, a 2-liter race, TraNZam race, and then the V8s. So many cars crashed that there was a line up of bodykit pieces behind the pit lanes, I coulda pick one up and ran with it :) It was better than I thought it was gonna be but then it just started pissing down, so the leader a kiwi, Greg Murphy, came in for wet tires, gave up the lead for a lap and then got it back. Then the red flag waved and everyone thought he won, but they give the win to the leader the lap before the race ends. Pretty stupid, but oh well, it was a lot a fun, KIWI or any of ya Aussies did ya watch it?

I went out there on the friday for the practic when Greg broke the lap record with a 56.95. He did well, and it was a great day. I had tickets for the Sat and Sun too, but I couldn't make it. Way to go Holden.

Damn the Holdens :) They kicked ass but I'd just say that its cuz Craig Lowndes got smashed in the first race. Fords will win, one day..... :rolleyes:
The best lookin car would've had to have been the Gibson/Lowndes Ford with those evil green lights, drool.
I'd love to have one of those in street trim.

Get a xr6 or xr8 and tint the lights green. No Problem, although I really don't like the .au
