Have 91 geo storm,battery and brake warning light stay on and a/c/heater blower will not come on. All other systems function normally and battery does not appear to be running down -with lights and wipers working- stays charged and starts ok.

Sounds like you have a couple blown fuses.. you might want to start in the fuse box
