You can replace the glove box latch, although I don't know if it would be worth it if the car only cost them $728.98.98


As for the window tint, once you remove the actual film all you should have left to remove is the goo (if there is any) and yes goo gone will work for that or bug and tar remover. If there is another layer of actual film, then you need to find a way to peel it back and off, there are tools for scraping logos off of windows without scratching the glass. If it is stubborn you might want to look into buying one of those.
