Here's our 02 WRX. It's wretchedly slow off the line. The highway/passing acceleration is good enough, though. My wife drives it mostly (so it's an auto), and it makes for perfect transportation when going snowboarding. The only modifications are a KN filter and NIN sticker. I want to have the COBB stage1 brake package put on for mountain excursions. If I ever have a chance to flash the computer for free, I'll do it. Other than that, it's going to stay the way it is for a long long time until I can use it for an offroad racer. It's an awesome daily driver, very practical, and a pleasure to own.

Not much but that doesn't change the fact that it's a sad weakling... :(

After reading your little rideconnection page, I suggest getting everything through COBB for your performance modifications. Get the AccessPort/exhaust system package along with a KN filter (If you don't have it already). It's a good deal (~$1600-$1700) with really good gains. If I didn't have the RX7, I might've spent some money for the AccessPort by itself-it is an amazing tool.
